TGIF
Its been a semi-eventful week, and for you, constant reader, who has followed us here from our previous site, an update:

Libby's hunger strike finally ended late Tuesday night. She was an angel when we left her with a sitter to attend a Valentine's banquet sponsored by our church, and even ate better than expected while we were gone. We picked her up around nine, and by the time we got her home she was starving and somehow managed to suck down a full eight ounces.

Wednesday Ben had his MRI, and we should be able to call for the films early Monday. His appointment with the oncologist in Nashville has been confirmed for next Wednesday, and we expect to leave late Tuesday afternoon so as to not put too much strain on ourselves and Libby.

Today we decided that we wanted to buy the Fisher-Price Infant to Toddler Rocker for Libby. We had seen it a few weeks ago when we bought her swing, chose not to buy it, but have talked about it ever since. I thought it might be better to wait a bit, since here lately it seems like our interior decor is done by Fisher-Price. After much debate, She. Has. To. Have. It. We spent the early evening hours checking both our local Wal-Marts, one was sold out, the other apparently doesn't even stock it, so back to square one. On Monday Ben will be traveling out of the area, into a whole new pool of WallyWorlds, and the search will begin anew.
